Brisbane

Our first port of call on our round the world adventure is the very close city of Brisbane. We’ve been to Brisbane a few times, so we dedicated most of the day to catching up on admin (where we discovered that applying for a Myanmar evisa on an iPad is close to impossible). Luckily the ship docked at the grain terminal, so we finally got to see it after all these years! 

 We did however manage to fit in a trip to the always amazing Queensland Gallery of Modern Art. Where we learnt that David Lynch made strange art in addition to his strange movies (no photos allowed, but you can google the strangeness) and got to participate in making art at Yayoi Kusama’s obliteration room.
